One of the worst things you can do is try to execute organic growth entirely manually.

This is a quick road to depression and frustration.

Not only are the activities of reaching out, DM’ing, and constantly sharing content boring, but the amount of revenue you bring in per unit of time/energy spent doing this is minimal.

Yes, just “hustling” does get results.

But the amount of effort to even get to $10k per month revenue by doing everything manually will make you want to just go back to working a 9 to 5 job.

Not to mention, you still gotta do the other “CEO” stuff, like closing deals, working with clients, product development, etc.

Instead, you want to work smarter, not harder.

And to do that, you should automate as much of the process away as possible.

Things like reaching out on Linkedin, following up with prospects, extracting emails, and countless other elements can be offloaded with tech.

That’s the beauty of building a company in the year 2020.

If it’s boring and manual, someone somewhere probably already built a software to automate it.

HOWEVER, HERE’S A WARNING…

When it comes to outreach and conversations, you CANNOT automate everything away.

If you try that, it’ll be so clear you’re using a robot, that people will not want to engage.

You must still incorporate enough personalization in your approach that people feel like they’re talking to a human.

And that brings us too…

2️⃣ Delegation

What we can’t do with tech, we do with people.

Tasks that are too complicated or nuanced for a machine to manage, I have a team doing it.

For lower level tasks like prospect research, sending people links to join my FB group, and numerous other miscellaneous activities, I have an assistant doing that.

For more important tasks that require a lot of nuance, like speaking with prospects, helping me coach my clients, closing deals, I hire people.

You cannot do everything alone, so don’t try.

When it comes to growth, my world was opened up when I hired someone to take over all my business development activities.

Whereas before, I was still super involved in the process of distributing content and booking meetings, now it’s fully offloaded.

This allows me to focus on “CEO” stuff while actually generating MORE meetings than I used to doing everything alone.

The key is hiring amazing people, and then putting them into a position to succeed by equipping them with the skills, tools, and mindset they need.

3️⃣ Indoctrination

And finally, we have indoctrination.

The reality is, selling high ticket offers that are in the thousands, maybe even tens of thousands of dollars, is really freakin’ hard.

People are skeptical, and will refuse to part ways with their hard earned money unless they REALLY know, like, and trust you.

And for most entrepreneurs, this is something that is totally underdeveloped in their process.

Too many of us think, “Let’s just get them on a sales call, and we can close them”

Guess what though… If someone enters a sales call without knowing anything about you, they will FOR SURE resist buying on one call.

More likely, they’ll waffle around, say they gotta think about it, that they gotta talk to their biz partner or spouse, or any other reason they can think of to not decide then and there.

So you have these long, painful, drawn out sales cycles with tire-kickers who never buy.

But what if there was a way to get someone to already love you and want to buy, BEFORE they even jumped on a call with you.

That is indoctrination.

How do you do this?

By building community, sharing thought leadership content, setting up automations and campaigns that enable you to constantly engage with your list, and many more things.

Within each of those elements is a lot more complexity than I can go into in just a short page.

And truth is, this stuff is HARD.
